What is FRM?

expand_more
FRM (Facility Resource Management) is a class of platforms designed to plan, control, and execute all technical resources and operations within facilities in one unified system.
Unlike traditional Service Desk solutions, FRM focuses not only on maintenance or ticketing, but on the full operational reality of engineering services – assets, materials, documentation, field work, and collaboration with clients.

An FRM platform connects:
- transparent collaboration between service providers and clients
- equipment lifecycle and movement tracking
- maintenance and repair planning (repairs, upgrades)
- execution of work in the field with photos and confirmations
- up-to-date technical and project documentation
- transparent collaboration between service providers and clients

In practice, FRM acts as an ERP for facility and engineering operations, bringing resource planning, operational execution, and technical data into a single, structured environment.
